Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m.
Our $20 per room, per day resort fee includes safe, on-site parking, WiFi, continental breakfast and refreshment bar in the lobby featuring bottled water, fruit and coffee.
Daily weather and beach condition reports are posted each morning in our lobby.
The Inn has 49 boutique guest rooms
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the Inn at the Beach unless they are licensed service animals. Licensing must be shown upon check-in.
No smoking of any kind is allowed on our campus. This includes guest rooms, walkways, balconies, patios, pool area, hot tub and parking area. For your convenience, we do have a comfortable designated smoking area on the beach side of our property. Also please feel free to enjoy the park area across the street.
The Inn can provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels so you can enjoy a day out at Venice's pristine white sand beaches. Glass containers, alcohol and tobacco products are not permitted on beaches within the Venice city limits, including the beach directly across from the hotel. However, alcohol is allowed on county beaches provided it is not in glass containers. Please see our front desk staff for more information on beach regulations.
The Inn at the Beach is a two-story hotel with outdoor stairs leading to the second floor. There is no elevator service to the second story. Please see our Accessibility page for more information.
Several of our rooms offer patios and balconies. Please inquire when making your reservation.
We are just a short 150-foot walk across one road to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Crosswalk access provides a safe crossing to the beach.
We are just across the street and are the closest hotel in Venice to the beach.
A number of rooms on our second floor face the beach and have views of the Gulf.
You may cancel your booking 10 days prior to arrival during the season, from Dec. 15 through Easter. The rest of the year, you may cancel your booking within 72 hours of scheduled arrival.
All hotel charges are due upon check-out.
There is no deposit required if you book directly through the hotel.

You must be a minimum of 21 years old to reserve a room at the hotel.
You won't need a car while staying at the resort, as most activities and dining are within walking distance of the hotel. Rideshare and taxi services are available when needed, and Venice Beach offers a free, seasonal trolley service throughout downtown. If you do bring a car, safe, on-site parking is included in the resort fee.
